All products and services offered on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept payment via Stripe, including credit/debit cards and Afterpay. Afterpay allows you to split your purchase into four interest-free installments. Afterpay's own terms and conditions apply to all Afterpay transactions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
